Accelerated Case Resolution for Trademark Disputes

If you have ever been involved in an opposition or cancellation proceeding before the US Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (USPTO’s TTAB), there probably came a time when you wondered if there was a better, more efficient way to resolve trademark registration disputes.
